Raffle

Giveaways nobody can rig.

Share the SHA-256 hash before the draw. Afterwards the seed is revealed, and anyone can check the winner was not hand-picked.

Commit, draw, verify. The proof is shown right next to the winner.

Quick questions.

Who is Random Kit for?

For anyone who needs a quick, fair decision: families and flatmates, teachers splitting a class into groups, tabletop players, creators running giveaways and anyone who needs a fresh password.

What does Random Kit cost?

The app is free with ads. The optional Random Kit Ultra removes ads and unlocks secure mode, passphrases and the result history, as a subscription or a one-time purchase. The price is shown in Google Play.

How does Random Kit make money?

Through ads in the free version, an optional short video that unlocks secure mode, and Random Kit Ultra. We do not sell data.

What makes the raffle verifiable?

Before the draw, the app shows the SHA-256 hash of a secret seed, which you share publicly. After the draw the seed is revealed, so anyone can check that SHA-256(seed) matches the hash you posted.

What is secure mode?

Secure mode uses your device’s cryptographically secure random generator (CSPRNG). It is part of Ultra and can also be unlocked with a short video.

Do I need an account or internet?

No account. The randomizers work on your device and your lists stay there. Only ads and purchases need a connection.

Which devices and languages are supported?

Random Kit is available for Android. An iPhone version is in preparation. The app interface is currently in German.
